DO YOU SHIP?

DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?

・We ship most of our chocolates.

・We do not, however, ship our large molded figures because of breakage.

・A signature is required upon delivery.

・We do not ship between June and September. Remember, this is Texas y’all.

・The postal service does not deliver on weekends and holidays.

・We deliver locally for a fee of $25.00 within a 10 mile radius of our store.

ALLERGENS?

Everything sold at Chocolate Secrets may contain tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, milk, eggs, sesame or soy.

Everything is made in the same kitchen on the same equipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Defective products may be exchanged for products of the same or lesser value within 15 days of purchase.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

・Please make all requests AT LEAST EIGHT (8) WEEKS IN ADVANCE of the scheduled event date.

・All Organizations must be a charitable, 501(c)(3) organization.

・Please request only one (1) donation item per calendar year.

・We do not donate to third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization or individual.

・All donated items must be picked-up from 3926 Oak Lawn Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75219.
・We look forward to learning more about your non-profit organization.

Please contact manager@mychocolatesecrets.com and include the following information.

Name of 501(c)(3).
Tax identification number.
Physical address, email and website of the 501(c)(3) .
Number of years the organization has been certified as a 501(c)(3) .
Charitable purpose of the 501(c)(3).
Name, date, time, and location of your event.
Type of event.
Number of people attending.
